- The check-out time is 10 am at the latest.

- Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving the apartment

- Please put your used dishes in the dishwasher and turn it on. Wash your dishes and dry them.

- Leave the accommodation clean and tidy

- If more cleaning is required, the costs must be paid by the guest.

- Keep to the quiet hours between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m.

- Report any damage or missing items to us immediately

- The guest is liable for self-inflicted damage

- There is an absolute smoking ban in our vacation apartments (including any vaporizers).

- No parties or events. In case of violation, the increased cleaning costs and, if applicable, claims for damages will be asserted.

- No pets in the vacation apartment - (Except assistance dogs with prior notification) - No hygiene articles or similar in the toilet, only toilet paper

- No guests or overnight guests who are not listed on your reservation.

- Open fires including candles are prohibited.

- When leaving the apartment, please put the key back in the key box and change the numerical code.

- In case of non-compliance or violation of the house rules, we reserve the right to charge a flat fee of 400€.
