You can easily reach the apartment on the 1st floor via the spacious staircase without an elevator. The entire accommodation is at your sole disposal, so you can enjoy your time completely relaxed and undisturbed. Check-in is contactless and completely independent.

Check in and check out:
Check-in is completely contactless and flexible from 4 pm until 00:00 am. Please check out by 10 am at the latest so that we have time to prepare the apartment for the next guests.

Parking facilities:
There are many free public parking spaces directly in front of and next to the apartment, which we will inform you of after booking.

Internet & Smart TV:
With your own account, you can log in directly to Netflix, Amzon Prime, Disney+ , Apple TV or other streaming services and enjoy your favorite shows and movies. Free WiFi with up to 300 mbits/s is available for this purpose.

Pets:
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in our vacation apartments in order to accommodate allergy sufferers.

Smoking:
Smoking and or vaporizing is not permitted in the apartment and throughout the house. We ask you to smoke outside in the garden or in front of the door. 

Cleaning:
The apartment is thoroughly cleaned before every check-in. Cleaning utensils such as brooms, mops and shovels are available during your stay. If you wish, you can request a cleaning service for an additional fee. However, this must be agreed individually with our cleaning staff and cannot be guaranteed.

Further important information:
Due to legal requirements (registration law) we are obliged to record the completed check-in information of our guests.
